1. BIM/IDD Standards & Implementation

·         Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational BIM/IDD standards

·         Support project teams in adopting and integrating new BIM technologies and workflows to enhance productivity and project quality

2. Project/Tender Support

·         Assist in the preparation of BIM deliverables for tender proposals

·         Assist in the preparation of BIM progress and quality reports

·         Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), IDD strategies, and Common Data Environment (CDE) setup.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Industry Collaboration

·         Support the BIM/IDD Manager in liaising with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

4. Innovation & Training

·         Research and explore emerging BIM/IDD technologies to enhance project workflows and improve productivity.

·         Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to upskill project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.

·         Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency gaps and proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

·         Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications. 

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company 

·         Candidate must have basic construction knowledge and able to read construction drawings.

·         Candidate must have knowledge in using Revit. Those who has Navisworks, Dynamo or Python would be an added advantage

·         Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works 

·         Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment. 

·         Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
