Initial 4 months permanent night shift

• Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effective.
• Service used equipment and components and ensure ready to use at all time, ensure no downtime due to the unavailability of spare parts.
• Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with the production group and contractors, prepare RCA and follow-up actions with Sr Engineers.
• Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection, and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment by coordinating with contractors at the site.
• Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and the production group and ensure safe completion of works.
• Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by review & implement MSRA.
• Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).

• Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or the equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in a chemical plant with TA experience would be an advantage
• Basic understanding of Maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
