Responsibilities:
1. Worker Dormitory Management
Conduct regular inspections to ensure dormitory cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
Manage dormitory occupancy, check-in/out processes, and room allocations.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Environment Agency (NEA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) regulations etc.
Enforce dormitory rules and address resident concerns.
Supervise maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams.
Keep records of dormitory incidents, safety checks, and operational reports.
2. Company Condo Management
Maintain and oversee condo tenancy agreements, including renewals and terminations.
Handle utility account applications and maintenance (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
Keep an updated occupant list for all company-rented condos.
Source for new condo units as required.
Ensure all premises are cleaned and conduct regular unit inspections for unauthorized or illegal items.
Schedule and supervise adhoc maintenance, repair and servicing works for expat accommodations.
Brief expatriates on condo regulations and house rules upon move-in.
Liaise with landlords and property agents regarding tenancy matters.
Maintain and update fault log to track and address reported issues.
3. Safety & Compliance
Work closely with security teams to enforce housing rules and regulations (dorms)
4. Vendor & Staff Coordination
Liaise with contractors for repairs, air-conditioning servicing, plumbing, and electrical works.
Main POC and supervise maintenance and cleaning personnel for both dormitories and expat accommodations.
5. Ad-Hoc Duties
Handle emergency maintenance and repair requests.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
• Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in facility management, real estate, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in dormitory management, estate management, or tenancy administration.
Familiarity with Singapore’s housing regulations, tenancy laws, and dormitory guidelines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with diverse residents, including foreign workers and expatriates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for record-keeping and reporting.
