Contract Term at least 2 yrs

5.5Days work: Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm, Sat: 8am-12pm

Responsibilities

Prepare shop drawings, RC shop drawing, construction plans, reinforcement layouts, excavation and steelwork detailing based on issued designs and instructions.
Coordinate closely with design engineers and architects for accurate execution.
Produce AutoCAD (2D) drawings.
Manage drawing revisions, version control, and submission packages.
Ensure drawings comply with Singapore standards and authorities’ requirements (e.g., BCA, LTA, PUB).
Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors for alignment on design and execution.
Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
At least 5 years drafting experience, preferably within Singapore's construction or engineering consultancy firms
Proficient in AutoCAD (required) and MS Office
Good knowledge of building codes, standards, and drafting conventions.
Highly organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing drawings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills to liaise with engineers, architects, and clients.
