Responsibilities:

Carry out design coordination with project consultants and subcontractors for shop drawing preparation.
Prepare and submit shop drawings and technical documents for Consultants’ approval in line with baseline programme.
Ensure that the technical team comply with the code of practice and regulations as well as contract requirements including B-score
Provide technical support to construction team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including consultants.
Oversee the progress of the shop drawing work and technical Submission.
Highlight any delays including causes to technical manager timely manner.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
Min 10 years’ relevant experience from an engineering and design background in either in a contractor or consultant firm
Can demonstrate good leadership qualities and people management capabilities
Good understanding of procurement, engineering and construction activities
Good written and interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills to stakeholders
Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work location will be based at the project site office in Loyang.
Knowledge of underground utility services
Experience in obtaining notice for excavation
