• Take charge of all testing and commissioning activities from preparation stage through final completion and handover
• Plan, organize, and supervise commissioning sequences, procedures, and execution strategies
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal project teams on all T&C matters
• Work closely with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams to ensure proper system integration
• Review commissioning methodology, schedules, technical submissions, and testing procedures
• Ensure all commissioning documentation, checklists, reports, and records are properly prepared and maintained
• Lead and oversee:
  • Pre-commissioning works
  • System start-up activities
  • Process commissioning
  • Functional and performance testing
• Chair technical discussions, coordination meetings, and troubleshooting sessions when required
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, operational standards, regulatory guidelines, and project specifications
• Support plant optimization, operational readiness, and successful project delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Testing & Commissioning within industrial or infrastructure projects
• Hands-on experience in wastewater or used water treatment plant projects is essential
• Strong knowledge in:
  • Sludge handling and treatment systems
  • Anaerobic digestion or co-digestion systems
  • Cogeneration or energy recovery systems would be an advantage
• Proven track record leading commissioning activities for large-scale treatment facilities, process plants, or industrial systems
• Strong leadership, coordination, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a site-based project environment with multiple interfacing disciplines and contractors
