The role is responsible for planning and delivery of transactional HR services for the assigned area (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Data Management or Relocation); monitoring service levels with respect to quality and timelines; and initiating/ supporting process improvements WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality and timely HR services to the organisation in line with the existing service level agreements. This role also responsible for maintenance and processing of monthly payroll with the objective of ensuring employees are remunerated in line with their terms and conditions and in a timely manner.

Processing the monthly payrolls & Adhoc payroll transactions
Liaise with Project HRs on gathering payroll transactions to be processed for the month
Ensure the completeness of details and supporting documents with approvals for all payroll transactions of the month
Perform second level check on workers’ timecards, overtime calculation and work allowance documents submitted
Input and manage all payroll transactions in payroll system
Generate payroll reports, PCRs and related documents for approvals 
Upload bank files and create payments in bank system for approvals
Ensure all payslips are disseminated
Process adhoc payroll transactions for leaving employees and new hires 
Performance indicators 
Accuracy and timeliness of payroll processed 
Employees receive accurate payments within the specified timeframe
Compliance with local and MOM regulations
Feedback from supervisor 

End of month and payroll reconciliation
Raise PCR for fund transfer for the following month’s payroll for approval
Perform payroll reconciliation
Enter data into one spreadsheet and ensure that system balances and mistakes are rectified
Performance indicators
Accuracy and timeliness of reports delivered.

Leave Administration
Maintain the accuracy of leave records in the system
Rectify issues and discrepancies in leave records
Respond to leave queries
Prepare leave accruals and utilisation reports for approvals and submission for month-end reporting

Employee feedback
Timeliness of respond

Monthly & Yearly Statutory Submissions
Prepare CPF documents for the month for approval and submission
Any other monthly submission to statutory authorities
Prepare and check yearly income information for IRAS submission

Accuracy and timeliness of submission to authorities
Adherence to local statutory requirements and Acts

Ensure up-to-date employees’ details and payroll information in payroll system
Input and update employees' personal and job details in Human Resources systems

Verification of HR related costs
Check and verify invoices and costs charged related to HR matters for payment processing
