6 months renewable contract

Seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery and supervision of sewer infrastructure projects across Singapore. This is a fully site-based role involving close coordination with the project management and site supervision teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project execution and contract administration
• Supervise and coordinate site activities carried out by contractors and subcontractors
• Review technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation submitted by contractors
• Assess work progress and support the evaluation of contractors’ claims together with the Quantity Surveying team
• Work closely with site personnel including Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), Site Technical Officers (STOs), WSHOs, and PROs to ensure proper site coordination
• Monitor site progress, maintain project records, and update daily reports and program tracking data
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering site supervision
• Experience in sewerage infrastructure or water pipeline projects will be advantageous
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based project environment
