Experience & Technical Competencies

• Familiar with infrastructure and civil construction projects in Singapore, including drainage works, roadworks, and turfing activities.
• Experience handling submissions, utility clearances, and authority approvals with relevant Singapore utility agencies.
• Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders such as the Land Transport Authority, QPS, consultants, and relevant authorities on project matters.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.

Preferred Attributes

• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving site environment with a 6-day work week.
• Strong adaptability, coordination, and problem-solving skills in managing infrastructure construction challenges.
