• Working location: Bedok First Subsidiary Drain (Bedok North area, Bedok Town Park) 
• 44 working hours (5.5 days) per week
• 24 months fixed term (subject to renewal)

Main Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise construction activities related to canal and drainage diversion/replacement works, including associated temporary works.
Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor and supervise emergency rectification works arising from any damage to existing utilities, services, pipelines, roads, structures, properties, landscaping, or surrounding infrastructure affected during drainage or canal diversion works.
Track contractor progress, workmanship, and overall site performance while maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records.
Prepare and submit daily site updates to the Client through properly labelled photographs, emails, and WhatsApp reports.
Carry out full-time site supervision for diversion and replacement works, including supervision during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays whenever required.
Review and verify contractors’ CCTV live feed monitoring and inspection reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records, including attendance logs for Project Managers, RTOs, STOs, Professional Engineers, and contractors’ personnel.
Maintain records such as site diaries, inspection checklists, schedules, approvals for concreting works, testing reports, and related quality documentation.

Requirements

Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supervising infrastructure or civil works projects in Singapore.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Commissioner of Building Control.
Possess the mandatory “Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course” (BCSS) or an equivalent safety certification approved by MOM.
