Main Duties: 
Regulatory compliance expertise: Lead the whole process engineering, to ensure processes are designed and operated within strict regulatory frameworks critical to pharmaceutical
Cross Functional Collaboration and communication: Work together as a team with the client and various other key stakeholders both external and internal to bridge and transform various information stream into the start to end actual application.
Innovation and Optimization: Work together as a team with the client and various other key stakeholders both external and internal to streamline the workflow for improvement in efficiency while maintaining quality and safety.
Technical expertise and adaptability: With the rapidly evolving technologies on this field which include technologies advances, sustainability, digitization and automation, the candidate should be capable of adapting to the new approach and propose improved solutions.
Risk Management: Familiarity to the overall process systems, equipment and application from start to end for identification, assessment and mitigation of the risk in design and implementation in anticipation of equipment failures, contamination risk and other disruptions.

Requirements:
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess minimum Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in leading and designing life science/pharmaceutical type of facilities in Singapore. Candidates should be familiar and proficient in software, and calculations applied in this field. Candidates must have a strong understanding of GMP, FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, to ensure processes are designed and operated within strict regulatory frameworks.
