Responsibilities:

Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with the client and internal staff to ensure that the project is completed according to contract requirement

Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

Develop and implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work

Conduct technical meetings and liaise closely with consultants.

Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients

Monitors the quality and progress of the disciplines on each project, ensuring that those production requirements are satisfied.

Facilitate recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture preferably recognized by BOA or equivalent

Minimum 10 years’ relevant project/site experience

Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience in MRT/LTA project.
