Seeking to hire an experienced Contracts Manager with proven expertise in land reclamation projects. You will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all contract administration for large-scale land reclamation projects.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and project requirements.

• Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of contracts and communications.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve contract issues.

• Support the tendering and procurement process as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in contracts management within the construction or marine sector.

• Strong, hands-on experience in land reclamation projects is required.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Familiar with local regulations and FIDIC or similar contract standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
