• Lead technical team in preparation of pre/post tender preparation work such as quantity take offs, estimation, tender submission preparation, budgeted cost, sourcing partnering such as suppliers and sub-contractors

• Prepare method statements, plans, safety, works sequences and other submissions for tender submission

• Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the tenders

• Coordinate with Tender Team/Design Consultants/Government Authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission

• Review prequalification/tender documents, drawings, scope of works and summarize critical information

• Coordinate and prepare meetings during tender stage

• Prepare and carry out tender presentation and tender queries if required

• Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information
