Roles & Responsibilities:

•     Coordinate with service contractors on project to ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works

•     Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution

•     Prepare material for submission check and ensure of drawing according to design site coordinator with architect, client and service contractors

•     Attend to construction site coordination meetings

•     Modify existing BIM (Revit) and updating BIM and extract 2D drawing (AutoCad) from BIM for construction upon request 

•     Assist Design manager on the tasks assigned

Requirements:

•     Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering (Building Management or Construction Management or equivalent)

•     Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with LTA project experience preferred.

•     Must have good knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD

•     Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of work
