Job Description
Hiring an experienced engineer with a strong foundation in the planning and design of fire suppression and utility infrastructure, specifically within the context of EPC or EPCm frameworks. This role involves handling critical calculations, drafting layouts, preparing equipment lists, and ensuring technical documentation complies with project and stakeholder expectations. The selected candidate will act as a technical liaison among internal teams, vendors, and the client, ensuring successful handover from design to operational phases.
Core Functions

Serve as a key technical representative for proposals and ongoing EPC/EPCm project execution, ensuring milestones align with contractual deliverables.

Drive the estimation process for engineering hours and maintain progress tracking for fire safety-related deliverables.

Produce and vet technical documents such as system layouts, hydraulic calculations, flow diagrams, and capacity assessments in line with applicable regulations.

Oversee document validation, including datasheets and vendor submissions, ensuring they meet the project’s design framework and industry codes.

Facilitate cross-discipline collaboration and serve as the point of contact for client discussions, vendor clarifications, and project reviews.

Provide hands-on technical support during the build and commissioning stages, troubleshooting as needed to enable smooth deployment of firewater and utility systems.
✅ Candidate Profile

Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Process, or a relevant engineering discipline.

Possesses 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in multi-discipline EPC/EPCm engineering assignments.

Proficiency in engineering software like Pipenet or similar hydraulic modeling tools is advantageous.

Strong understanding of drainage planning, firefighting system design, and regulatory compliance (local/international).

Able to review technical documents, interpret standards, and coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Exhibits a proactive, collaborative work ethic and adapts well under project-driven pressure.

Demonstrates leadership qualities and an analytical mindset with strong interpersonal communication.

Prior exposure to fire protection or utility designs for large-scale industrial or petrochemical developments is considered a plus.
