Key Functions:

Contribute to the creation and upkeep of comprehensive timelines for project execution, utilizing tools such as Primavera P6.

Track project milestones and update scheduling data at various stages.

Prepare periodic status reports summarizing schedule performance and identifying any deviations.

Analyze third-party schedules to detect and flag potential timing risks.

Provide planning-related insights and timelines for bids and project proposals.

Join coordination and review sessions with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Maintain original and revised timelines, assist in timeline recovery strategies when needed.
Core Competencies:

In-depth familiarity with scheduling workflows specific to EPC project environments.

Advanced user of scheduling and data tools, especially Primavera P6 and Excel.

Capable of synthesizing and visualizing progress metrics, including trends and performance graphs.
Qualifications & Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
-
At least 5 years' experience in project planning, particularly within Oil & Gas or chemical plant developments.

Hands-on experience with contractor-side project delivery preferred.
